So you are ready to order online and not really sure how it works?

No problem! Here is the low down:

To order any item Ready Made item, simply click on the add to cart button below the item. These items are not customizeable and will ship, as described, within three business days of when order is placed. Your order will ship within 3 business days.

 Please note: When ordering online, your card is charged immediately upon completion of any order.

If you have any trouble ordering online please don't hesitate to call us at 315-393-4143  to place your order.

Accepted Forms of Payment:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal & Check

If you would rather pay via PAYPAL please send us an email listing in detail what you would like to order & where the items will be shipped. We will then follow up within 24 hours with a paypal invoice listing the items & pricing. Once you send payment via paypal, we will start your order.

If you would rather pay by check, please send an email and let us know exactly what you would like to order and whether you would rather pay by personal or cashier check. Please note, we cannot start working on your order or send anything out until we have received payment in full and your check has cleared with the bank. Please make checks out to Pam Morley and send them to 5923 SH 37, Ogdensburg, NY 13669.  International customers must pay with credit card.

If you are still unsure about the price of an item you are interested in, no problem! Before you order, drop us an email and we will get back to you right away with a price quote. If you have a specific bag in mind that you don't see on the site, no problem. Again, shoot us an email and we will be sure to get right back to you and let you know if we can do it, approximately how much it will cost and how long it will take.

NY Sales Taxes
If we are shipping the bag to an address in New -York, you will be charged an additional 7% of total order (before shipping) for NY Sales Taxes.

Shipping Policies
In addition to the cost of your order, your credit card will be charged the amount that it costs to ship your order via priority mail. This is added to your order form immediately upon placing order.  Shipping cost is $6 for up to 2 lbs and $9 for up to 3.5 lbs. for shipments in the United States. For international shipments please review all International Ordering Instructions below.

To redeem your Gift Certificates, include the code found on the bottom right hand side of your gift certificate in the Promotional Code section, as well as the Notes section of the online order form. Or order by phone and mention your promotional code.

One & Only Creations’ products are tough, but not indestructible. If something rips, tears or comes apart as a result of our construction of your item, send it back to us at 5923 SH 37, Ogdensburg, NY 13669 and we will repair it or replace it for free!

Return Policy
We will be glad to make an exchange or send a refund (minus shipping costs) for Ready Made One & Only Creations items you are not completely happy with, however this does not include customized items. Returnable item(s) must be returned within 8 business days of the shipping date. Items returned after 8 business days are eligible for store credit if returned within 2 months of ship date. Merchandise must be unworn, in perfect condition. If you intend to return an order, please first call us at 315-393-4143 to notify One & Only Creations that a package is being returned and when we can expect it.
Please note: Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.

Order Cancellation Policy - Please note there is a 5% charge for orders placed and then cancelled for any reason.
